Happy New Year, friends! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday with your loved ones. I cannot wait to see what 2017 has in store for all of us! Thank you so much for your continued support throughout 2016 – it means the world to me. As the girl who has been on a perpetual journey to lose 10 pounds since 7th grade, I am sure I’m not alone when I say that the new year always feels like a good place to start. There is something about opening up a clean calendar and seeing the date written as 1/1 that really makes you feel like you can take on the world. Sadly, that usually fades out after a few weeks and I have to turn to another form of motivation to keep me on track. That’s where the cute workout clothes come in!
I always workout harder and longer when I feel good about myself and nothing makes me feel more confident at the gym than stylish activewear. Just like I have more fun at a party when I am wearing my favorite shoes or I find it more fun to make dinner when I am using a gold spatula, being on-trend at the gym gives me the extra push I need. Working out is a part of life so you might as well have flex appeal while doing it, am I right? I have rounded up some of my top picks for cute activewear this season, both high-end and affordable options, so that you can start the year off on the right foot! Every single one of these options will take you from namaste to namaslay!
